Final Fantasy VII because it's one of the best JRPGs of all time and gave me all the feels in high school.
What is your role at IDG?
First, I lead IDG's Syndicated team. Second, I serve as head of our analyst training, where I use the experience I’ve gained over the last 15 years to help our newer analysts learn and hone the skills they need to serve our wide range of clients. Third, I spend a lot of time on forecasting, which is critical to the success of our reports and client advice. Lastly, I serve as lead writer on our Industry Insights monthly reports, one of the cornerstones of our platform.
What is your background/experience in the games industry?
IDG was my first games-related job, and I have been with the company for the past 15 years. Earlier I was a trader and worked in consumer products.
